diy starter rebuild????

i am looking for a diy guide to rebuild my starter...

the starter just started grinding today when i start my car but has no problem starting the car yet!

i would also like a link for a rebuild kit if needed

2.0A 4 cyl.

Thing that goes south on starter is the bushings...I had a car once that got so bad it would jamb up and then you'd have to rock it in gear to loosen up the starter..bummer! I'd pull the starter and once you see what you need..got to an automotive electrical rebuild shop..if the bearings/bushings need to be pulled/pressed on and off they can do that for you as well as supply parts. Look up "alternator/starter" rebuilding in yellow pages for local sources!
