its ok i heard some livesets by eric pryda and wasnt too impressed. No distinct style from what i heard but i could be wrong

yeah that was my only relation to this thread, pryda. i've only heard limited stuff by him. i'm usually not into the house music discussed here, seems really cheesy and samey to me, but pjanoo was a really sick recent release.

proxy is almost unclassifiable haha. i don't see kiddie club track though, more like the sound you hear before you die.

    Benassi - Yes

Guetta - Won't see him live until 11/20, but I listen to his '**** Me I'm Famous' sets constantly

Crystal Method - Seen em twice. I like their production much, much better.

Guetta's early productions were aite but his sets these days are horrible. Benassi seems to do some good sets, the one I have is pretty cool... he plays boys noise, justice, some of his own stuff... and some other cool tunes

Agreed. Guetta isn't the best live mixer, he's a much better producer. Its the remix packs of his tracks that makes his name shine.
Benny B is great! I love his flow, seen him about 2 years ago, still amazed how he worked the tables.
Only heard Crystal Method out once, wasn't really impressed but their music is even fresh today.

    Dear Crystal Method:

PLEASE, do a LIVE show and QUIT that "dj set" bull****.

For real tho, I heard they were going to be in Webster Hall - NYC and I got really excited until I saw the flyer and said it was just a "DJ set"
I think they are just trying to make a quick buck.
    Very disappointing.

Same here, some of Benni's stuff is okay to hear, but his sound is all the same (except who's your daddy, that s*** came out of left field or something ) so it gets annoying after a while. David Guetta also has some nice tunes, but more towards commercial dance than anything else.

I have a bunch of Fedde Le Grand mixes, he mostly plays UK and Swedish house (HCCR, Axwell, John Dahlback, Tocodisco, etc). Very good DJ with some very underrated productions like "3 Minutes to Explain" and "The Creeps"

i'm not one to go with the usual names but its all electro to me. but if i had to go deep into it i would say electro/minimal/funky/tribal on this one.... its just house whichever way you look at it.
