Anyone know around how much a tuner shop would charge for this install, or how many hours it should take them to put it in. I don't have a garage at the moment or the time to install it myself. That's really the only thing holding me back I have a feeling it's going to be a lot.

I would try to keep it around the 300whp mark, 15psi ish, then upgrade your rods when you can afford it. Once that is done crank it up to 24psi and hold on.

How big of a turbo can you go using our regular aftermarket downpipes? (ones for ko3/ko4)Also what type of intercooler setups fit this kit?

Your average aftermarket downpipe is 3" so you would be fine with anything upto a 3582R, there are guys running 3582Rs' with this setup. Our FMIC kit, which is also for sale on the site in the drop down menu would be more than enough for most turbos people are running.

I know we were emailing back and forth about this kit last spring and I haven't forgot you. Looks like it will be next fall after my next deployment that I will be getting the 50 Trim kit. Something about having to replace my rear bumper ruined my plans for this fall.
