It may not look like much now, but we at CTS have recently acquired another 2800sq feet of workshop space. This new space will allow us to expand our current R&D department and house two additional lifts for high performance modifications and general maintenance on European cars. Locals keep posted for an open house in the coming months to our new digs, progress pictures will be posted on our Facebook and Blog as numerous renovations are made.

It has all the required bungs for install into the MK4 1.8T, if you need additional bungs welded we can do that, but that's not standard for the kit.

How much faster dose the 50 trim spool than the 60 and about how much HP will the 50 trim max out at I just don't want something that's going to spool real late but I would eventually like to put rods in and crank up the boost

Is your kit with the GT3076R turbo compatible with a 3" downpipe that's currently fitted to a K03s or do I need a K04 or custom downpipe?

Your existing downpipe will bolt up to our GT3076R kit

They are the same price, but the 60trim will surge and you wont like it when your car does that, and you may have to buy a new turbo if you don't like it

Tired of paying 100′s of dollars for catch can kits and valve cover breathers that look like they belong on eBay or don’t even do away with the problematic PCV system components? Do your silicon catch can lines have an oil resistant liner? Are they breaking down because they’re not oil resistant? No need to worry about any of that, our billet catch cans are nearing completion and will be available soon enough with our breather adapters and braided lines rated for oil with AN connections. Applications will include MK5 2.0T, MK6 2.0T, Golf R, B7 A4 2.0T, B8 A4 2.0T.

    PM or Email for details

We're planning on making the standard color of the PCV breathers, cans and lines Black for that OEM stealthy look.

Stainless steel, Mandrel bent piping, Tig welded construction, 4″ Stainless steel tips, //CTS Embossed mufflers, Laser etched tips, CNC mounting brackets, are just a few of the things that you’ll notice when you look at the CTS Turbo 3″ MK6 GTI exhaust. The performance gains, quality craftsmanship and amazing sound are just bonuses…

Today we had a customer come in complaining that his previous 3″ exhaust wasn’t fitting, exhaust tips were crooked and it was rubbing. You normally don’t expect those types of problems when you spend $900.00 on an exhaust system. Thankfully today hour customer left CTS with our new MK5 3″ cat back exhaust, tig welded, stainless steel, torca accuseal clamps, great fitment and sound… If you’re looking for a problem free new exhaust system that performs as good as it looks then check out our online store. We have CTS MK5 3″ cat back exhaust systems on the shelf, no need to wait months for someone elses exhaust system that doesn’t fit right…

IE cams are good, but they're out of stock for a while unfortunately.

You know, I've been eyeing this kit. Seems like this'll be a good kit for DD. Been researching a lot on which turbo would be a good upgrade. I definitely need to save up some cash.
