We supply this kit with a 450HP and 750HP Core. So depending on how much power you are planning to run, you can order accordingly.

The 750HP Core is about $100.00 more.

Once these intercoolers are installed does anything have to be done computer wise like a tune or any sorts of tampering?

I have this kit, install went pretty smooth but I had to gut the whole inside of rebar and most of the bottom to get this core to fit up there good. Also had to trim the gord outta the inside of bummper,I will probably end up mounting it alittle higher up. Also that could be due to using a 4motion valence instead of a gli valence. This kit performs top notch though!

I had a little trouble installing the kit. The tubes that connect to the sides of the core push on my bumper ALOT, now the bumper doens't fit nice and flush like it should. I'm going to give it another shot and remount it sometime this week. Might try something more like what overdrivedgn did

    Hi,

I want to get this intercooler, I have a MKIV GLI w/APR stage3+, clutch, coilovers, etc etc... currently i have a Eurojet SMIC, but is not enough, so i MUST upgrade but i have a concern... Your FMIC looks like a great one with great reviews, but im concern about the fitment with the APR 3+ kit, since the inlet turbo pipe goes above the turbo right behind the valve cover from passenger side to drivers side, then connects to the silicon inlet pipe and then to the MAF and to the cold air intake, in that order. So looking at your kit installed it seems like the IC pipe should go where the turbo inlet pipe is currently located... do you know of any APR stage3+ kit owner that have been able to install your FMIC? did they have to do any modifications to nay of the kits? are there any pictures of this two kits combined?

Thank you in advace for your input
