Another few layers of urethane and the floors in our new workshop and the addition should be complete. You can see some old unsightly lighting hanging down, which will soon be gone. In the far corner of the room (top middle) the new lighting is visible, which will help us during those late nights developing new turbo goodies…

From left to right you’ll see Siemens 630cc, Bosch Green Giants, Bosch EV14 550cc, Injector Dynamics 725cc, 850cc, 1000cc, Bosch 36lb’s. We’ve got more, but it’s hard to fit them all in one picture. If you’re looking for fuel injectors then you’re in the right spot.

Some of you may remember our friend ‘The Korean / Clee’ from prior blog posts. Recently he was lucky enough to acquire an Audi Allroad equipped with a TiAL 770R kit and Eurodyne Maestro 7. Being the jealous types here at CTS we definitely need to do something to put Clee in his place. Well the parts assembly has begun, TiAL 770R kit, JE Pistons 9.0:1 83mm, Integrated Engineering 154x21mm Forged Connecting rods…

Here are a few progress pictures of our customers 2012 Golf R complete with built motor, GTX3071R, Clutch Masters FX400, CTS FMIC. Some additional highlights include the proprietary CTS moulded silicon turbo inlet and turbo outlet pipes, 3″ stainless steel downpipe with midpipe to connect to your Catback, stainless steel oil feed and drain lines, hard stainless steel coolant lines… and… Autotech HPFP, CTS LPFP kit, JE Pistons, Integrated Engineering Tuscan I-beam rods, Calico bearings, ARP fasteners throughout. This car will receive custom dyno tuning from Chris Tapp @ Eurodyne via the Maestro 7 tuning suite. Keep your eyes peeled for real dyno plots in the coming week sans MS paint.
