I think it's a good solution....and relatively easy to do.

It seems very easy to do...just was curious who all has had experience with it (aside from the vendor ..though I do appreciate their confidence in the method).
Thanks Clay.

Thanks Clay.

Anyone that has bought a MK4 VR6 12V kit from Kinetic has had experience with it. Aside from that I've used them personally in different applications (not car related), and they work well. Additionally its easier to install than having it welded, and it makes people change their oil too!.

On a side note, there may be a downward price adjustment in these kits later today.

Does any one here have experience doing it this way? I guess I've always heard about it being welded on...though my experience with turbo related stuff is very very limited.

it works just fine had that setup on my 2000 vrt gti, one day when i have some money i think i am going to have to get this kit for my r32.

Looks like an awesome kit. How does the turbo compare to a GT series turbo in size?

It flows more than a GT3582R, the GT3582R has a 61mm inducer, the T67 has a 67mm inducer.

I'd love to see more pics of this, but this could be a tempting route to travel. Has anyone tuned these kits with cams?
for more options!! I'll keep checking back...

Dyno Graphs?
Is the HP rating on the website Crank or Wheel HP?
What RPM does this turbo spool at?

Thanks,
Andrew

50K + miles on my turbo setup using that fitting. NO ISSUES
I would switch to a braided stainless steel for the return though.

It's a Hardware kit only, dyno's will depend on your tuning, but at 15psi it made 420fwhp and 460ftlbs on a conservative dyno dynamic dyno. I could draw some pretty graphs like other tuners do, but Kinetic doesn't do that. Wait for the Eurotuner GP results, then you can compare what other tuners made to the numbers I just posted, you will be pleasantly suprised with the performance and price of this kit. All numbers posted on the CTS Turbo website are crank figures, and the Turbo will spool hard in the upper 3000 to low 4000rpm range with a good tune.

So for $5088.94 + shipping I get EVERYTHING I need to bolt this up and get it running?
Of I still plan on getting the following:
Clutch/ Flywheel
3" catback
testpipe
Dogbone mount
