pics of piping off of the turbo please...I can't understand how you have it completely hidden...unless the turbo is totally clocked straight down?

As more pics become available I will post them here, but here you can see the compressor outlet clocked down and forward.

      It flows more than a GT3582R, the GT3582R has a 61mm inducer, the T67 has a 67mm inducer.

Which is better? The above or a Garrett GT4088R?
Can the latter be substituted for the T67, if so, is there an additional cost, hardware, or fitment issues?

Dual Ball Bearing GT40R Turbo assembly. T4 style inlet flange with 3.00" V-BAND exit. Large style compressor housing with 4.00" inlet and 2.50"outlet. Hi-HP 6 Cyl applications good up 700HP+ with great top end power.
      Turbine
      -Wheel: 77mm w/ 78trim
      -Housing: .85, .95, 1.06, or 1.19 A/R
      Compressor
      -Wheel: 88mm w/ 52 trim
      -Housing: .58 ar

C2 uses that turbo on their most pricey kit, but >600whp is a bit risky, no?
Even you guys claim that T67 can produce >700hp, so if they are able to achieve comparable numbers, why was a T67 is picked over a GT40R?

i don't know for sure, hopefully someone else with more knowledge will chime in but, i have heard from a couple people that Garrett turbos are more of a brand name product. e.i. your paying for the name so you can tell people you have a "GT4088R." ... again just what I've heard, i don't have any actual experience with any turbos.

    24. 10-31-2008 10:01 AM #199
I've been planning out a custom turbo setup (shh. It's a secret.), but at this price and for the power it produces, I'm really second guessing myself.

    25. 10-31-2008 10:32 AM #200
I'm very tempted @ the moment to order this kit but first i have to sell my RS4......BTW is that the actual DP that comes with the kit??
