better get on that
gone through 18 pages now, which is 60 days back. I think I'll go back a year, maybe, then add some other completed builds, like ekkoj's other 2.
maybe I'll alphabetize, Iunno.
EDIT: apparently 60 days is how long a thread stays active before it's archived? it stops at page 18.

How does a rotary work? This one's easy: the magic triangle spins in the peanut and then apex seals come out.

x2...otherwise this post is no better than all the build threads that go far back in the pages and get lost.

did you ever do a build for the black one? I don't recall there being one here, just a "hey, here's the replacement".

I did start another thread for the black one but it never ended up as detailed and I ended up doing loads without the camera around. I'll get round to doing another one someday

this makes me want to start a build thread and actually update it with pictures of my progress instead of just posting random snapshots in misc. threads throughout the forums...
...but i dont think thats gonna happen.
A Rabbit is not to be wasted on the tentative or weak. Only the worthy are invited, and then only at your own risk. If you have even a modicum of hesitation, DO NOT buy one of these cars. Instead, leave it for a worthy soul who has already matriculated to the sublime ecstasy of what those in the know refer to as a "MK1"

One of my favorite build threads ever. I want you to know when I first saw the pic of the damaged car I felt actual sorrow. I felt sooo bad for you.
I prefer to remember it the way it was when you finished it.
