Yes, the MK4 12V VR6 gaskets will bump your compression just a tad, which in theory, will give you a little better throttle response and power. They're a direct fit and work great on all-motor applications. We offer kits on our site that include the MK4 gaskets, too! On those other items you've listed, we do stock some of them. Check out http://www.mjmautohaus.com for different options on what we have in way of sway bars, springs, and other OEM parts.
