And if a need more power?
Gt3076r and gt3582r are for 550+hp!
Rs4 injectors are for 450hp
I think is good for us, ctsturbo to propose a full fueling solution for these big turbo kits!

i did 510whp on RS4 injectors on 93oct and water/meth, with a better low pressure fuel system (mine was still stock) you will be able to make way more power than the 510whp i made![]()

510whp with stock with stock low presure system??![]()
![]()
uspmotorsports says that the limit of the stock low pressure fuel system is 350whp!
The water/meth is nessesary for 500hp?
#45
i don't see 500whp on straight pump gas coming easily even with the correct low pressure fuel system, i did 500 on stock low pressure system but i would not go around recommending it to everyone i would do the low pressure fuel system right before you go making power like that, i personally don't mind breaking things however i have been lucky enough not to so far

So for safe afr and 500whp we need:
1-rs4 injectors
2-low pressure fuel system(something like usp i guess)
3-high pressure fuel system
Are we right as here?
#47
yes that is exactly what you need, their will be a second fuel system other than usp's coming to the market very shortly, but either system will get the job done

why do you keep looking for bigger you don't even know the limit of the RS4's yet?

USP-motorsport, even if you already had W/M system installed on your car (which could help and keep the engine out of detonation) and the base fuel is something like 93oct ?

Modified by iSot at 3:29 PM 11-27-2008their will be a second low pressure fuel system to the market shortly, USP's fuel system uses a second fuel pump that is designed to use a swirl pot under a 1/4 tank of gas however they do not use a swirl pot with it which would subjet it to the same issues everyone used to have with the 1.8T's, it also turns the fuel pump on and off only when needed because you will have driveability iessues if you leave it on all the time, and it also does not run off the stock PWM to give the med9 ecu control over it, the new fuel system that will be out covers all these bases and has actually been installed on a car for well over a year now but their have been no posts on vwvortex about them
just because things don't pop up on the tex doesn't mean they don't exist

Ok.. Thanx for the information and its nice to know, that there is coming some kind of "better" solution, which could be "On" for all the timeThe question is only when ?
My goal would be 500whp-550whp with W/M system and using 95oct base fuel.... Maybe it could be even more with low pressure fuel system upgrade...

Sorry if this is stupid but couldn't we do like the non FSI cars and just replace the OEM pump with a higher flowing/presser pump (the low presser one I meen)? and if we do need bigger injectors I'm sure they will emerge I'm sure REVO APR VF KMD BSH are all looking harder than us and would love to be the first on the marketuntill ARIN spills the beans again

I have a source for injectors that will flow up to around 700whp. They will cost about $2,200 for the set though.

The pumps used in our kit don't require a swirl pot as they have an external pickup designed for this application, you can run them all the way down without starvation issues. Our second pump only turns on when the demand is there. There is no point in having two pumps function off the pwm box as under idle and crusing the factory intank pump is barely on. Jeff you seem to know a lot about our fuel system without every seeing it or using it. How would you like it if I started to completely bash revo's 2.0T big turbo software, without ever having first hand experience with it?
FYI jeff if the second pump was on all the time you would not have driveability issues, you would just be returning a lot of fuel to the tank via the factory return line.
Stay tuned for our USP Motorsports Race fuel system that will support 700+WHP

What about GT3582R ? Could those RS4 Oem injectors flow enough for this turbo ? What kind of hp values should be expected with pump gas example. 93oct and 100oct race gas ? USP motorsport use APR stage 3 injectors and their low pressure fuel system to get higher 500whp+ figures... How much those Oem RS4 injectors could handle with safe AFR without W/M....-iSot

You should see what injectors Jeff and Gregg are running on their setup, I don't want to speak for them, but I believe Jeff had RS4 injectors.

hey man new to the forum but I was reading this post... why didn't you go w/ the gt3582R??? just curious... turn down the boost a little that way you have the ability to go bigger when a larger fuel sys becomes avail. also I am on oahu to. I talked to tom the other day for the first time and he mentioned a retarded gti they were working on... I am guessing that is yours? i got a buddy w/ an srt-4 that keeps trying to find someone to "play" with on the streets. pm me I'd love to see your car. I work on wheeler. I have a 06' gti, revo tuner, H&R sway bars, nuespeed p flow, nuespeed springs, aem guages, retarded rf stereo... I'd love to see your car. after Iraq I am doing a gt 3582 setup... hopefully by then they have a fuel to supply the need for speed. by the way if its done in time RWS is having a dyno shootout

my boy is bringing his srt monster... pretty sure it is the highest hp 4 cyc on island... no one will take on his car... lol I hoping to beat him after iraq.. I had a 07 gsxr 1000 w/ about 7k in aftermarket and that barely beat him... anyways man I really would like to see your car..![]()

Hey man 700whp sounds too good to be true... the answers to my questions seem to lie in your post. I am looking to do a full build in about 5 to 7 months from now. all new internals, gt3582r turbo kit... looking to see what the little 2.0T will do. How much is your kit and interested in sponsoringlike I said though it'll be about 5 to 7 months for me to get the green backs to put down some serious ponies... I want to have the highest whp DAILY DRIVEN GTI on the island..
