    Snapper and I made pancakes w/grade B Canadian maple syrup,, a coupla slices of Niman uncured bacon, strawberry yoghourt, she's having milk, I'm having tea.

    omlet in a bag

    2eggs + milk + whatever else you want
    mix it up, pour the shiz in a ziplock bag, get all the air out, plop that stuff in some boiling water and find something else to do for 5-10min. it wont burn, you dont have to watch it, and its always good. **** i get these things ready before i go to bed, start the water and put that in and take a shower. when i get out its like i got a personal cheif. Hot melty cheesy omlet in a bag.

    1 organic fuji apple

    cooked up in a wok with a tblspoon of olive oil:
    1.5 cups asian stir fry veg mix (bamboo, snap peas, bean sprouts, mushroom, edamama, carrot)
    1.5 cup baby spinach
    3 whole eggs

    I LOVE BREAKFAST

    morning off with the wife...I made and we shared a pile of hash browns, a bunch of eggs with just a coupla yolks, English muffins w/boysenberry preserves, Greek yoghourt w/honey, OJ, and tea. Fookin' great.
