Jus wondering if these wheels will fit on my car...
      16x9 Borbet Type T
      4x100
      Offset 15
      Tyres: 215/45/16

I think they will stick 2" out the front and about 1-1.5 on the back
Please let me know what you think!!

yes they will but they will look horrible with that size tire.

      205/40 is more common.

      et15 up front pokes alot.

16x9s are not possible on a golf, of any sort.
      It's truly ridiculous.
      Waste of time.

coilovers..lol i have less than a centimeter between the rim and the ring at the bottom of the coil..which mean the coils cant be dropped any more than they are and im running a 35mm adaptor that would leave me with an et of around 10 if im not mistaken...i rub like hell right now but once the quarters are rolled the rubbing will go away

Not the best picture but at least you get the idea

I have Borbet T, ET15 all around without any problems. I've only rolled the lips and I'm running coilovers.

My old VR 4 door on 16x9 ET15

      Rear sat perfect

      Front poked like hell

Sweet VR, front pokes a bit too much tho!!

215/35/16s look amazin on 9s! plus is a smaller rollin ration than 205/40s, so you can go lower!

I never re-quote myself because I am always right.
      I stand by my word.
      You say 9.5's? I say re-god-damn-dicully.
Not possible, not even in tomorrow-morrow land.

dont get the 912's if you have a wheel narrower than 8 inches. Search my name under the archives and you'll find a thread I did comparing both the 912's and 512's on the same 7" wheel
