The spindle nut? Just go grab one at autozone. Note that they are usually on there w a serious amount of tq and given its age some corrosion. Pick up PB blaster while there and a torch.

Lol@ torch. I used my Jack handle. Its about 4 feet long. Broke those loose with car on ground.
I read various torque specs. I think its somewhere around 160?

Hows it going bro. As for VAGCOM work, not many folks have the cable to do work on your year/car. I just sold my mico-can Ross Tech cable to another fellow dubber in the area. It wouldn't hurt to ask and see if it would work. What type of mods were you trying to get done? Im sure someone would chime in to lend a helping hand.

I already posted on face book. But if anyone is interested in having a drag race/time trial day at the track, it is 10$ to race and 10$ to spectate. Military gets 2$ off. We can all show up and just have fun testing our cars or seeing what you've got in the shoot out.ake sure you have at least 2 really good tires. The bleach pit is nice sized so learn your burn outs before hand so you can warm up your tires.

If your car goes over 115 mph you need a racing helmet.

Raise hand if you are interested.


We can discuss solid plans an dates on Thursday.

This is not to be billy bad ass, safety first.

It's actually 13.99 or faster for a helmet. Also if your on street tires and NOT awd drive around the WATER box, there is usually room. But I have been out where it's like they purposely make the box huge.
