Lookin good Morio! My Brisket went on at 2 PM.. Started the pit stuff at 1230.. Brisket is in STubbs BBQ Rub.. I'm liking that one as well so far. We'll see how the outcome is! I'm thinking of some of the rub mixed in with my liquid at the wrap point!

I will post some pics once complete!!! I need to get those ribs at HEB 
fill my deep freeze in the garage!!!! I am thinking about smoking a turkey.... we have one in the freezer... have you done that yet?

Nope... I only got one rack of spares. I personally prefer baby backs. That's why I buy them by the case at Sam's.. price is a good bit better! Still not 1.49 though.

great cruise last night. quaint lil german restaurant with excellent food. atmosphere and ppl made for great company. hope to be back sometime for a gtg in the future. glad to see how the gtgs have snowballed in attendance over such a short period of time.

Ok, My brisket is done.. 10 lb brisket on at 2 off at 9... Not bad! Internal temp was actually 205. I was shooting for 195 so...
It's wrapped in foil now resting.
Ribs are off the grill, unwrapped and back on the grill.. Smelling REALLLY good!

it sits static at about 1/2" off the ground. almost no bottom drawer gap

anyone need a FMIC??? I just bought one for the TT and I am really hating the idea of having shiny pipes and blue connectors..... This is a used unit and I will let it go cheap!!!
can be used for other turbo applications.. not just the TT... once again nothing is wrong with it... I just don't like the shiny pipes..

TT throttle body is on the opposite side of yours. it wouldnt bolt right up but it could be made to work with some cutting/welding of the pipes probably
