Soooo after 3 weeks of being here in albuquerque I've realized that no one knows how to drive around here lol. 10 under the limit, no turning signal, running red lights and worst of all, pulling out in front of you making you slam on your brakes. It's like everyone drives reckless haha. Anyways I'll prolly be out in a few weeks. I've just been settling in. And where can I get 93 or higher octane. I can really drive much beingy car needs 93 to run right. All help is appreciated!

But as far as getting 93 Octane, there used to be this place that used to sell 101 but they closed down Now I cant even use my 101 file If u find a place, let me know lol...

Also, as far as the forge splitter dv, that wont work on the FSI engine... you can only get the Forge Spacer (http://www.targaracing.com.hk/produc..._DV_spacer.jpg) or the recirc dv/bov (https://www.upscaleautomotive.com/po...e/28542_1_.jpg) which would let u set the amount of boost to recirculate (supposedly). All the other ones wont work unless you get a DV reroute kit which to be honest with you, wont make a difference if you're stock.

and you should only need 2 hose clamps for the dv install? a 3rd if you wanna feel extra special and get the little guy on the top of the DV... i have never ran one up thar!?

Yeah I had the same feeling when I first moved here from Seattle 6 years ago I still dont understand how people are aloud get there drivers license here

yep, that would be the same one I was talking about. I was told it was closed and drove by and in fact, it did look closed.... weird and idk if u wanna use leaded fuel (110) in ur car...
I wonder how much 101 is nowadays..... ummm..

im pretty sure leaded fuel is only bad for cats after a long time... other than that its great.

Yeah definitely come out were doing a little breakfast meet then a drive afterward!! what kind of camera? OK so I talked to a buddy of mine I work with and he's going to come out and take picture of the cars, so if you would like to get some really good picture make sure your car is clean and he's going to take a bunch for everyone.

also if anyone has a really nice video camera I have 2 set of wireless audio gear that we can hook up to your car and get audio of the drive/ in car/ or in the engine bay..... I'm getting a parking spot as well (wuste) and I had to use 3 clamps because the small hose kept on popping off on my DV. Listen to Julian though since I don't really know anything about mk5's.

Would like to lower it and space out the wheels by then but I have a new project in the works that will most likely get that money lol. Is your car tuned for pump gas? 91 is high octane pump gas around here. Higher elevation allows us to get away with it. EPA couldn't sell 91 as high octane here if that weren't the case since these fancy new high compression turbo motors (like the MK5 2.0T) require 93 octane or in the case of our residence 91 octane.

Ask a pro in the area though. I could be a dip**** for all you know.
