Cruising by a garage sale today, picked this thing up for $25 bucks.

It has a sticker on the headtube of fake screws, must have been a Kmart bike, but for 25 bucks I figured what the heck.

For real? $25 was a steal if so!

Completely bitchin bike here, the dudes at sicklines got ahold of a specially made frame for Sam Hill called the SSO (Sam's Sea Otter) made with the same geometry as the Sunday, just less travel. It was for races like sea otter where even on their DH course 8" of travel isnt needed.

pretty sick little bike though, i'd love to take it for a spin.

Ummm, no way that Yeti was $25 was it? A friends brother is in their marketing/design dept out in Colorado. I don't think they make anything remotely Kmart worthy. I would expect that cost well over 20 times what you paid for it, if not 50 times.

This is my 08' Giant Glory 0 w/ a 07' Marzocchi 888 RC2X VA, I've put some other after market stuff on it since this pic, I'll post new pics soon. Below it is my first FR bike, an 02' Kona Stinky Five. Only stock parts are the handlebars, seatpost, and rear shock.

I'm not sure how much you guys know and whether your kidding or not but A) Yeti has never made anything near kmart quality, I don't know who sold you that bike but they gave it away (your looking at $1750 - $2000+ new). All of those components are high end and individually are worth atleast $25 a piece used (not to mention the suspension). B) just so you know thats not a fox fork, I'm pretty sure it's a debadged manitou. Once again, maybe you were kidding and know all this, It's hard to tell sarcasm via text.

Also, you should do something with that front brake line, the last thing you want is for that to be rubbing your fork stanchion.

I'm pretty sure the OP was being sarcastic. The seller must have been high or something...

    Couple of mine:

I also have a Santa Cruz V-10 that I don't have pics of. The Klein may be parted out (somewhat) and sold to fund a NICE 29er build. The V-10 may be sold/parted to fund a 6"(ish) bike build that would be a little more midwest DH friendly. The Dobermann may be getting a new fork to make it a little more versatile. (The 4X slammed to 72mm is PERFECT for street and park but lacks a little on dirt jumps, 4X, and DS. Might go to a Pike or an Argyle. We'll see.)

SICK! I remember seeing prototype sketched of an Evil FS DH bike a while ago when I was looking at the Imperial and DOC as options for my next street bike. I didn't realize it had made it this far all ready. Very nice.

I got my Yeti for a steal, but it was more than 25 bucks. I was mostly poking fun at their Napoleon Dynamite homemade style graphics. The pic by my Jeep was right when I got it home, the Fox sticker is off the forks now and I got some flat pedals on it. I finally got to get it on a trail today, it climbed great and hauled hiney down. Best 25 bucks ever!

Nothing particularly special, but it looks cool:

And the Bianchi, which is technically a mountain bike but is set up for around-town use:

I like things with two wheels and things with four wheels.

My daughter got herself a really nice Diamondback yesterday! 21 speed. Brakes are excellent, she almost did a endo haha. She doesn't live with me and her mother is a retard, felt bad she hasn;t had a good bike in years and her current one is all rusted up and beat. So me and my fiancee broke out the plastic and got her a sweet mountain bike that should last her a couple years. She was absolutely loving it, although I think she was afraid to change the gears for some reason she didn't want to take it out of 7, lol. Now she can go riding the trails with her dad
