I use the photo department's Epson V750.
No those methods would be too easy. Instead I decided to walk through NYC with a big metered prism coupled to my RB. If memory serves me correctly, I used f/5.6, f/8, f/11 and sometimes f/16 depending on the lighting situation. I rarely used f/22 or f/32, but I may have used them for my shots of Grand Central.
I did not use any filters, that's just the 6x7 negative working its magic.

Also, Mamiya glass is some of the sharpest around. It's what they built their reputation on.
