Basically the MAP sensor is on the fritz.
Either do to bad wiring or the sensor is dying.
Check wiring to sensor; replace / swap sensor if need-be.

I have the same codes and a couple more.....
P0238
P0106
P0300
P0301
P0302
P0303
Cleaned the MAP sensor and put new plugs in just to be safe. But it didn't fix the issue!
It is intermitent, hesitation from the go always around 3000 rpm. MAP sensor makes sense since it feels like the motor is choking due to air or fuel shortage.
Did the new MAP sensor adress your problems?

P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303

Because you also have misfires on Cylinders 1, 2, and 3.
Have you checked plugs? Ignition components?

Put new plugs in and checked all wiring, no issues as far as I can tell.

What plugs? Brand, model, and gap spec please.

Mostly when it is very cold outside.

Have you data-logged anything with a VAG-COM?

Champion Irridiums, have to check what model # they are. Should be a stock replacement as per manufacturer recomendations.
Haven't done any data logging, don't have the capabilities (tools) to do that on my VW since it is not OBD compatible.
I still lean towards the MAF sensor but don't want to replace it based on a guess.

Why not a Bosch, or NGK?
And why not copper (much cheaper!)?

What scanner tool are you trying to use?

Not with misfires; the MAF doesn't produce an electrical problem.
You've got other things stemming to the issue.

Re: (bluefox280)

I have an Innova 3110 scan tool for my other vehicles, for the VW I have just a code reader and reset tool without any data logging capabilities.
About the misfire I just wonder why it works for a couple days without issues and for unknown reason comes back after a while. Since it is on all cylinders it really can't be the coils since the chance is very slim that they all go at the same time.
Especially since we make the coils at the company I used to work

You're not missing on all cylinder; just the first three. Cylinder #4 is unaffected.
Plugs can be a culprit; so can ignition coil wiring, and even a fuel pump relay.

thanks for jacking my thread and i found out why i got those codes..when my friend was installing his intercooler he had to connect his intercooler sensor back in so he has to do a custom mount for it on the intercooler piping
