I have a sweet spot for late 60's Camaro's and GTO's in flat or matte black. Also the 70 Monte Carlo SS. Post up what ya got.

Do a search for user DarkDemonV8. He has one of the best looking Camaros I've seen.

Are these shot with John Deere Blitz black or have the majority of these been professionally painted with the $10k+ Matte paint job?

An opinion I suppose. I just prefer the "All Go and No Show" aspect of a cheap, tremclad, rattlecan black. It just looks right.
Don't get me wrong, nice paint jobs with metallic or shines are great. But on muscle cars flat black just looks mean.

^ Although the 4th one from the bottom isn't Flat/Matte/Suede black i'll allow it because it is just fawkin gorgeous!

Common sense dictates that, that is not a real superbird.

And yes, it's a clone based off a '69 Charger SE if I'm not mistaken.
http://www.officialdayclona.com/ sells a lot of the required bits and pieces to build your own, if you are so inclined.
On the Wing car note, if *anybody* knows of an original for sale. Let me know. Price be damned, within reason. And yes. I'm serious.
Edit: And I'll go one further. It can be either a 440 OR a Hemi. Preferably a 6 pack car, if a 440.

Most of the time, I'll take my flat/matte black in smaller doses. Kinda like this:

Do you enjoy old cars and long-winded stories about them? If your answer is "yes", then you might enjoy my blogpage. Try it here: http://vwlarry.blogspot.com . Leave a comment, too; I love feedback! Thanx for reading.

A lot of these cars posted here are "all show," though. It's just a style like anything else. It works on some but not others. That Nova and Duster above look meaaaaaan. I've got a soft spot for the compact '60s/'70s cars (Nova, Ventura II, Falcon, Dart, Valiant, Duster)... especially when modified, they have a real trim and lean look.
