I am ALWAYS hopeful I'll see something in some small podunk town's used car lot. That's how Kris Clewell got his last 4-door rabbit after Audrey bit that deer...

I suspect/hope I'll spend more time in wreckers & pick n'pulls, thought.

Don't do it. I know that truck too...last year it was rotten. Have you crawled around underneath? Seriously, it was pretty ratty. The owner is dreaming of money falling from the sky.

True, I know who did the work (Mark formerly owned the VW dealership in the Soo until VW's politics and BS convinced him to 'retire' early to his garage near the Bridge) and he certainly knows his stuff. Also, FYI, that TDI is out of an early mk3.
