no intercooler? motor and car look clean but without an intercooler your intake temps are going to sky rocket. my buddy had a supercharged ABA and he loved it until it got heatr soaked.

the z-eng chargers are fairly quite compared to some others (it won't sound like a fire truck, or a cat screaming under the hood).http://www.epitomewerks.com/vids/BurnSkid.wmv

Quote, originally posted by "sloopycoupe" » shoulda picked up one of my set ups coulda made more power with less cost shoulda, coulda, woulda .... thought about going alot of different directions. struck a deal with mark about a year ago on the charger. waited for a local motor and tranny to be posted. picked it up and kinda been slowly collecting stuff since. bought a mk3 vr and almost yanked it to do a vr swap and say f u to the 2.slow setup but i like my ride height and oil pan clearance since i daily drive the car. decided i'll stick to the plan and finish this. when i get bored with it i'll pickup another car to make a go fast car. when this is done and im happy with it i'll build another mk2 gti like my old red one except vrt

I love it. Always wanted a SC ABA or 16v.
