Those are some really cool pics.I'm curious how they go from the "ruff" drawing to such a polished finish..

    here's some steps

    http://www.lemorris.com/site/?p=389

I transfer the rough drawings on my light table and fix stuff.

So you have to scan the rough drawing into the computer and then go from there...I think I get it, but I'm totally computer stupid..Just watched all the tutorials, man that looks time consuming.Your end results are beautiful though.

  10. 02-11-2011 01:14 PM #45
    yeah

everything starts with pencil drawings then I redraw it digitally, but if the pencil isn't good then the final results won't be either.

the computer is just a tool...like an eraser or an airbrush. The pencil is where it's at.

It's a very cool process. I can draw but like I said, computer stupid.Copy/paste was a big accomplishment for me, hahaha. That's great you get to do something you love and make a living off it.

thanks guys...there's tons better..lurking these boards matter of fact...they should post.

    little different

tried a new approach...no inking....I wanted to retain character....it kinda worked...a better pencil will help, but not bad for a first crack.
