i wouldnt think so, the only thing the vr6 set up might have is stiffer springs to support the more weight.

I have that set up in my car and Love it. The only thing i can say is just get some VR6 Strut bearings (20.00) .MJMAutohaus.com . I love the stance and it is smooth not too stiff either. I can get them for you for less then 400.00 bucks if you want... PM me or if you want to see them on my car

      Kinda quiet this weekend.
Rear door on my Jetta started poping open (just to the 1st catch not all the way open) last week so I pulled it apart cleaned and oiled it all.....No Luck.
I can only see 2 problems.

1 The spring in the handle is rusted and may not be that strong to push the trigger back.

2 The teflon bushing on the striker post is in bad shape.

So off to GermanAutoParts.com for a new door handle $16.54 and striker post $6.62.
Guess I would like to keep the door closed when I am going down the highway, my daughter likes to sit behind me.

least you dont have a slow leak in 1 of your tires, i do and it sucks because from the point i bought the set of 4 tires 2 months ago ive already replaced one and now another 1 is shot to ****

ps. dont ever buy from Santi on here, he may be known really well but hes sold me 2 bum tires it seems like.

and inertpyro i also have vmaxx coils, gotta love em!
