I'm not watching it. Football has never really been my sport. Hockey and Baseball though, that's another story.

Good nachos you want to go to a Tex-Mex "Mexican" restaurant like Pepe's, Lalo's, Las Palmas, etc. Bars occasionally have good nachos, but not often. Not really a nacho person, per se, but I've had the best luck with Las Palmas and Pepe's.

it dialates your blood vessels and has a **** load of caffeine. since i have prehypertension it makes me dizzy and skyrockets my bp....

but man when you work out with it, you notice you have way more energy a muscle pump, and you sweat like a mofo.

im sure all the suppliments i have taken in the past 5 years are going to bite me in the ass eventually.

Do you take it right before working out or like an hour before? I imagine that rush is pretty fast but probably wears off fast, too.

30-40 min before, but ive done right when working out and it kicks in quick. oh and it lasts for a while, its not like those liquid suppliments. its great for sex btw if you consider its effects.

Yea, but you can't have that mentality if you're serious about making huge gains. With that kind of mentality, you're better off just watching your diet and walking rather than working out. Cause, you know, all that intensive activity (read: working out) will also eventually bite you in the ass as well. This is why so many people who never step into a gym live longer than the people who work out until the breaking point. This is why if you play any sport that requires a lot of running or jumping (volleyball, basketball, etc.), you're pretty much signing away knee health, but life is boring if you sit at home and do nothing all day and volleyball beats the hell out of golf.

i agree cant wait to play vball again... and i think 90% of these suppliments are overrated. theres the one trainer who naturally has athletes gain 40lbs of muscle in i think under 4 months... its ridiculous. tells you right there nothing substitutes hard work and a proper diet.

Well, that's only true to a certain point because there is such a thing as working smarter rather than harder, but in general, I agree. For example, if you want to give your heart a workout, it's better to do something that involves a lot of movement (basically, any sort of cardio) rather than something that is not (weightlifting, for example). Vice-versa is true for building muscle mass. Playing basketball won't do you much good for getting all swole, but it's better than sitting at home on the couch.
