Got a ticket in my MK2 VR last night. No tags(because they haven't come in the mail yet) AND a fixit ticket for the LED license plate bolts.

they are BUSTING everyone!!!! we just got home from the sf/daly city area this weekend, and i saw mass CHP on hwy 80 from the bay bridge all the way up to davis area...............one SUV was pulled west bound I-80 near the downtown davis exit near the mondavi performing arts center.

nice. A couple times ago, I totally lost it in the first turn of a fun-run and almost plowed into oncoming traffic, but that's beside the point of having a VR. Stupid FWD and cold tires. . Sorry, I'm just farking hungry and have a test in 40 minutes. LAME.

its almost like the brake is your enemy unless your wheels are pointed straight forward, but really its all about the gas pedal, the vr has so much power you can use it to pull the car through the corners... i think i only used the brakes a couple of times

A Rabbit is not to be wasted on the tentative or weak. Only the worthy are invited, and then only at your own risk. If you have even a modicum of hesitation, DO NOT buy one of these cars. Instead, leave it for a worthy soul who has already matriculated to the sublime ecstasy of what those in the know refer to as a "MK1"

That's what I was asking. Why you lookin' at his butt? Oh, nevermind, I get it - you were digging the glove and want to know where you can score a pair. Gotcha.

omg bored at school. Anyone got hook ups on machining in the peninsula? I need to get new valve guides and valve stem seals put in, and the head decked. If nothing inexpensive and good comes up, I'll have to wait another week to get it done
It's a 12v
