The number of "car enthusiasts" who think nothing of vandalizing someone's car or putting the other party's physical well being at risk because someone simply irritated them in traffic astounds me.

Oh nothin', I'm fine. Just been hearing too many people brag about things like throwing pennies out the sunroof because someone tailgated them or whatnot. Zero cool factor, unless you're in 5th grade and still throw punches over yo' mama' jokes.

i just got a police siren so ive been using it on people who speed (i mean, ive sped too but it's funnier to see them hit the brakes for nothing)

lost clutch pedal on 92, hard shift back to castro valley. get to safe parking lot. find out its the tube that the cable passes through the firewall in. with the help of anders (thank you) yank it out, duct tape it up, back on the road.

lesson learned: duct tape you so crazy! is there anything you cant fix?

in the mk1? same thing happened to me on the day i moved in to college. such a crap design (its cantilevered off the pedal bracket without much support) i never properly fixed it - i just figured out where it should have been in relation to the firewall, welded a fender washer to the tube and epoxied the whole thing to the firewall. held like that for years until i sold it
