    It seems to be mostly younger (early 20's) guys doing this to Honda Civics and such. Seen a couple Golf/Jetta kids doing it to. It's either a carabiner or a small stuffed animal.

    I don't get it, but I'm also pushing 40 so get off my lawn!!!

    We had a young male customer who drove a riced out civic and he had this crap hangin from the tow hook. I asked what it was about and he said you have to have something hanging and it must be so close to the ground to show how low your car is or you can't be in their club. Stupid...
