    Motobri,
If your wife thinks you have issues, that can be an issue

Good to see it being done right and without compromise
    Keep up the great work...
This is going to be a very special Scirocco!

    Scirocco love and much respect,

Wife + Scirocco = ISSUES. All you can do is make sure that the one you gave a ring to gets more attention than the German mistress in Italian clothes.......

Nice job. The silver will be beautiful, looking forwward to seeing the progress.

That looks really nice Brian. Yeah - not quite the OEM grey/black, but then you deviated from stock with exterior color anyway. That is going to look really nice. My 81S has a cut pile, not loop. Do you recall if they offer this as well? Also, were you able to obtain extra material for new kicks, and the rear deck lid area?

Personally, i think that carpet is going to MAKE your interior.

    Thanks -

    Craig

Yeah, they sent a big roll of extra for the tray & kicks & edgeing material-vinyl maybe?

I can send the waste to you if you wanna check it up close.

I think this is more of a cut pile than loop, altho hard to tell from pix. Very tight.

I got it from Newton in London. Very easy transaction. They made it w/out certain cutouts w/out hassle.

Tick over 4 bills w/ shipping.

Should be able to see the fitment in a couple of days. Pix to follow.

Here are some pix of the carpet laid in the car. As I metioned in the other thread, the fit is nearly perfect except the seat rails dont line up just right. If I was to order from them again, I would just omit the seat rail cutouts like I did the front seat slots. Otherwise, looks like it will work nicely.

Question, since its 2 piece, which piece at the junction should lay on top? Front or rear?

    Enjoy

    Out of car

If I had a bit more $ I would go the route you are going, with new beam, proper suspension, and other nice tidbits...

    Any updates?
