16V with all accessories on a single belt.
Make the round parts round, and the flat parts flat, hopefully it won't fly apart!!!

So, are you going to list what kits will be available and some pricing to go with it?

Or, have I missed that some where?

1.8L 8v JH motor with a/c, but no power steering... are you creating any kits for these engines?

    ...And w/o a/c
Its hard to source salvage yard alternator brackets and the needed pulleys when your in a no v-dub town. If i have to order them from the dealer, i'd rather go your route

    So all on 1 belt
doable with an idler pulley in there.

Do you sell said set-up? what parts would I have to source?

    Ok,
I need the serpentine setup NOW, or I have to find another serpentine alternative. Mine snapped a bolt and has ruined V-Belt hardware . It is a daily driver (150 m per day) and I am losing money driving other cars . Can you deliver soon, or do I look for another serpentine source?

Just an idler pulley and place it on the lower alternator bolt. That should create the loop you need

Never once go back and add up the amount you spent to finish your car...
will you still think it is worth it? Is it ever done?? Then once it breaks down again???

    except w/o the a/c.
Mine is bare bones, but is a 1.6 TD...

Is it possible to put this together?

    Thanks!

Apparently you can use the ABF bracket and alt but you can also use the TDI stuff.
The latter being the cheaper option as you can probably get it used as opposed to the ABF parts.

I got my ABA ready for a JH head. No a/c, no pwr steering. Men don't need these things anyways!

    So i will use a

    -Mk3 alternator (with harness...?) 90amp i believe

    -VR6 waterpump pulley

    -stock ABA crank pulley

I am confused on the belt size. My wholesale source only has no a/c with pwr steering, and one for both. Not one available for neither?

Any ideas? Or changes I could make to make it more better>?

Okay, so what is the status of this project? Have created your desired stock of products? I'm looking to keep all my accessories(e.g. P/S & A/C) and would like to use a serpentine belt. Do you offer a package, do I source an ABA set-up or a combination of both?

Hey, can someone help me out? I'm trying to figure out where the spring "tension clip" part goes on the non AC ABF setup. I've got the bracket and alternator but I haven't sourced the spring part yet because I'm not sure I'll need it.

The parts explosion diagrams I've seen make me think the lower bolt goes through the spring, maybe Anyone have a picture?

    EDIT

    Nevermind, figured it out
