      actually i have less than $4k invested so far...including materials and parts!
      building these will set me back a bit though!

      not really because they are made of poor quality stainless and wouldn't hold up to the abuse of two turbochargers...these headers should only run me about $400 to build with thick wall 304ss...i can't afford to build them out of 321

      OK that's true - might get a little toasty - I have lots of questions on the 2-turbo build but I'll look forward to your posts & pics. to answer most of them

      so i got my new cockpit adjustable sway bar today and sent my wheels off to paint so i can put them together

      so i have made a ton of progress in the last month so stay tuned as i get all my pictures organized and posted over the next week! but here is a start...

      got the front uprights and bearing caps finished and ready to go together.

      Holy **** in a toaster! I've seen some crazy builds on other cars, but this is turning out to be the single most badass MK2 build I've ever seen. I'm a fan of the clean simple street car, but deep down in my little heart this is the kind of build that makes me

      I wish I could machine parts like that. Mine come out plain and boring Beautiful work.

      what did they come off?? are they 100% custom??

      the centers are from a March GTP car and the wheels halves are original BBS pieces from Woodman Tire. i just sand blasted, smoothed and painted the centers. the next set of wheels will be completely custom billet pieces though

      about 20 hours in the machine shop making parts....started with this
