Im also pet sitting for a friend. She's moving in a month to a place that allows dogs, but found a rescue she fell in love with. So I'm watching this 6-7 month old dog until she moves. She's 2-3 three times bigger than my full grown dogs.

they are fun little dogs. stubborn as all get out.. but honestly they've got more personality then any dog I've ever been around. and there not yappy little lap dogs, more like a big dog in a convenient package.

I'm actually considering getting a second one after my brother gets his Chinese crested back this summer (he couldn't have her while he was in school)

you might get lucky... but some dogs don't lose that puppy phase for a LONG time.

in general spitz breeds mature pretty quickly.

there closer to wild, and being a puppy forever doesn't bode well in the wild.

with mine, there was NO house training required. I got him at 9 weeks and he knew to poop and pee out side. he peed inside a few times, but they were accidents waiting by the door while I tried to find my shoes... he only pooped once in the house and he was sick at the time.

Four month old Dino



Had a bad case of Parvo when we got him. Then a few weeks later he had a couple ear infections. He's all better now. Just has to get rabies shot and snipped. He's being fed Purina One and Eukanuba puppy chows. If there's a better food available for the same price or less I'd like to know.
