    agreed! great turn out. To those who I didn't speak with, I'll be sure to make more of an effort in following meets. This week should turn out pretty good weather wise, so I hope to see another good turnout! Besides, at the very least, you can get your weekly shopping done and not worry about door dents and carraige bumps!

    Better off that way. Decent drop, still has a good ride and you don't have to worry about much.

    hello hello hellooooo everyone. I was just wondering if any of you lovely people had (or know about) any nice 4x100's? i was hoping for something chunky and white. and also fairly priced.. my car isn't that special.. but these steelies and hubcaps will be the death of me. thoughts on mini cooper wheels? they bolt up. thank you

    Mini coopers use a 56.1mm hub bore. That is 1mm smaller than a VW.

    any machine shop can fix that no problem also i believe mini wheels are usually in the 40ish range for et you could easily run larger than 10mm spacers to make them longer than the hub and still be in the fender

    I came to the gtg a few times but shortley after that sold my 09 gti and bought a honda. I'm back with the vw family and own a 1992 gti. However the gti is running pretty rough right now. Still has original 8V engine in it. Being new to vw is there a shop nearby reading ma you would recommend. I called Brians Garage, and Advanced Technologies, Both seem like great people, but i have no knowledge on either. I tried to pm TEK on BEU but got no response i know he has a mk2 GLI. So If any one on here could give me a honest recomendation i'd appreciate it.

    Also if any one is bored and wants to tinker around on a mk2 gti 8v i have a garage, and could pay them some money.
