    there is a very large parking lot that is always empty, and well lit that would be great, no starbucks, though there is an excellent ice cream joint right there.....

    right off the 101 and northern in the back corner of the harkins parking lot. no one is ever back tons of space and well lit. there are numerous bars and resteraunts, plus an awsome ice cream parlor there.
