Quote, originally posted by mires » Redsox, what is that and where did you get it. Me want soooo bad!! It's a Hubley. My dad had one when I was a kid - I think I broke it, or lost it or something. I found it in an antique store in Connecticut about 10 years ago. They pop up on ebay from time to time. In fact, there is one on there right now exactly like mine for $150 BIN. Seems steep to me.. I've seen at least 4 color variations.

I know this post is a little old, but I came across it in my search of some answers. We were cleaning out my husbands grandmothers house and came across a toy airplane in the top of a closet. She has no idea where is came from and neither does anyone else. I have looked online, books, and any other resource I can think of to find out any information about this! It is a Douglas World Air Line. On the wings it says DOUGLAS WA6021. It is double propelled. I think it is tin. I can't figure out have to insert a picture, but I will be glad to email you some. The plane is a mustard yellow color with brown, red, and teal trim on it. It has wheels on the bottom that make the propellers spin when you push the plane forward. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Does anyone on here know anyone who would like to purchase my 1920-1940 Wyandot vega? It took me a few hours to find info about this toy due to the lack of print/ makers mark.
