How the Army guard works? Navy is alrite. But still deciding if I want to get out or stay a lil longer. All I know cant keep working on Aircraft. Rate's close and no possible advancement.

Yup, dont think I'll advance to E5 anytime soon. The results came out for the exams, only 125 people made it in my rate out of 1000+ and these people took orders to iraq and got some good points to help them out.
