I bet the moment I step into that community people will be asking where Klaus is.

Spotted another RS blue sedan today on Northbourne. Blardy idiot stopped to let a passenger out on a three lane major arterial road in peak hour nearly getting themselves collected by a bus and a couple of cars, and amidst the mayhem, nearly me on my bike. Wankers. Deserved the spray they copped. Apart from the logic that apparently alluded them, it was absurdly and justifiably illegal. /rant

Also, black 3dr S3 in Watson this morning and a white 3dr S3 with black RS4 reps this afternoon. Instantly thought of Liam.

    Ithaca Rd

I was at darling point yesterday and looked back at the big block of units. Your photo was the first thing I thought of.

I did live in Ithaca Rd when I was about 10 years old with my folks. also on Onslow.

Mrs and I talked about moving back to Elizabeth Bay, one of the places down on the water front looking at Ruchcutters Bay on Elth bay rd

there's something strange, in your neighbourhood, whoya gunna call?

    ------------------

saw a red with white striped GT40 replica on Military Rd saturday nite. sounded very tasty!

Saw me in a GM Epica (Toyota Camry) all weekend. Total barge! had terribly roll understeer that lead to lift off snap over steer when pushed (don't you love rentals!! hehehehehe).

needs more red in the mix,..so it's more a lurid flame colour, to match your photo. then it would be maddest sik awesomest!

Yes Elizabeth Bay is nice, been there since getting back from New York in 2002. Our once fabulous harbourside apartment is now less than adequate with two little boys running around, (well one runs, the other rolls around and dribbles). Can't face a move to the 'burbs just yet.

  17. 05-17-2009 09:37 PM #122
I did a eight year stint in the same place in rushcutters bay, didnt want to move and when we did, lurline bay was a massive shock, haha it felt like it was out of sydney. couldnt walk up the road and eat? Wft had we done?

took about six months, but waking up to the sunrise on the surf and cycling looking out to see did seem better Than smack addicts and whores stumbling around breaking glass all over the rods in the cross.

got the bug to move back now, even been looking for something around hyde park.

and to keep it ot, saw an awsome ex military land rover 101 (i think) in darling point on the weekend.

    I have the bug for a 4 x4 too.

Yep, educating a 2 year old about the dangers of 'needle stick' injuries doesn't exactly fall in the upbringing I'd envisioned for my kids, but then again when I stay at my parent's, or parents-in law's houses I get scared of how dark and quiet it is at night. The 'burbs still scare me....
I mean, imagine moving to Tamarama and ending up with Wayne Cooper as your neighbour...

So I guess you car is really the only one here that in my eyes is legitimately entitled to having a Nurburgring sticker fitted to it
Quattro drivers do it on all fours....

Nice wheels, are they off a GTA?

    Spotted:

    http://www.stokellmotorsport.com.au/

The intensive 2 day drier training at Oran Park would be fun. I've had Paul Stokell instructing me in the old R32, and in the GTI, I thought he was pretty good, as is Renato.

I just need to scrape together some cash and buy a track car that can be the 'office' car and hence be eligible for the 50% tax rebate.

  22. 05-18-2009 01:01 AM #127
    Yep, orig. GTA wheels.
Ironically, they're worth more in Australia than the whole car is worth back in the UK. Was very cool to see it, Finn was really excited, it's been a long four months travelling to a new home and it's really helped his confidence re stability where we now are (Jemima still fresh in all our minds).

I have a small white nurbrgring sticker.. not sure if i will put it on yet.. maybe a poll ?

  30. 05-18-2009 07:34 AM #135
according to arthur (george's brother) it is the real deal from the US.
(no engine in rear, taken out currently working on it)
genuine space savers on as well! lol

  31. 05-18-2009 07:38 AM #136
Rear end and mirrors look wrong.
Front looks ok, but RHD from US, or just been converted?
