I just need to scrape together some cash and buy a track car that can be the 'office' car and hence be eligible for the 50% tax rebate.

The answer is on the banner of that URL you posted

I am surprised said owner hasn't yet come on here to complaint about someone putting a note on his car and asking him to join an alternative forum. Plastics, you are going soft! Was this taken at Western Hospital? And look at the bird s hit on the car and the missing paint on the front end. Clearly Mark is fully looking after this car.

In his case I think it would say, "My other car is a pram but I would have had a 911 if I didn't have a baby".

I think Mark still parks his car outside which is why it's so dirty.

    Spotted, nice quote:

"If you have money, you buy a VW. If you have no money, you buy a used VW. If you have a lot of money, you buy a VW with an Audi badge. It takes someone who is pathologically tightfisted, someone who is perpetually constipated--because he wants to have everything, but can't let go of anything--to buy a fully optioned Skoda."

Dude, mk4 > mk5, you know that as you didn't replace yours with one!

Spotted yesterday : was looking for a parking, and i found one being vacated by another black mk4 R.....the chances are slim, but it occured, and i waved, and he didn't - bloody arrogant mk4 owners!!!!

Technically it hasn't been driven in the rain, but would you still accept delivery of it?

There's been an electronic sign outside Top Ryde Nissan telling me to "Come and test drive the new 370z" for the last 3 weeks.

    Good pics though Paul!

  23. 05-19-2009 05:30 AM #163
oh well first one I've seen, not sure if I'm sold on the design

    Thanks Sean.

Saw a few of those 370s today as I work around the corner from Nissan HQ. Saw one in bright blue and one in black, the blue was getting a hammering but sounded pretty good.

Still not convinced on the shape though!

it might be more advanced than the 350, but aesthetically, it looks like a backward step

I was telling my boss about it, but can't find pics.

    No Pen?

Pretty sure I placed a bid on this item 6 months ago and the seller cancelled the auction at the last minute.

EDIT- Correction! I've checked my inbox and I forgot to bid!
Another seller ended an R32 umbrella early.

me likey! If I won a 370 in a raffle, I'd have kittens with happiness! I really dig the 350 and the 370. Sure, they're not perfect, but in a bang for buck and for "big grin" driving factor, they're great cars. Nissan has done a good thing!

yes,.. that's true. the Mk5 doesn't butter my muffin. it's too inoffensive, anda bit bland. I loved the Mk4's squat square mojo! However,.... I'll hopefully be leasing a car later in the year, and on the lease numbers that I'm working with, the Mk5 or Mk6 is surprisingly good value. If push comes to shove, I might end up back in a Gti. funny world isn't it?

Boo, the 370Z makes the 350Z look like a big lump of offcuts. Where the 370Z is sculpted and shapely, the 350Z is crude and out of date.

Well, that's what I reckon anyway.
