Spotted me eating a bing boy ching ching

Openly fresh ingredients, cooking in front of you.

Not bad, could take off, nice change from the usual fast food. Nice story.

I'm not sold on Bing Boy. Good flavour but the wrap needs to be less eggy and more crisp. Too soggy!

I'm a big fan of Banh Mi guys at the Central Market and apparently Arriba Grill is opening a store in Glenside in August... just in time for me to move overseas for a year

Thanks for the links, I'll give them a try. The bing boy wrap was soft, but not soggy. I guess I was impressed with the absolute freshness of the whole deal.

I'm hanging out for Mad Mex to open in Canbrah... This town needs a mexican joint, and given there's no chance Chipotle will open here any time soon, Mad Mex will do..

ergh, Chipotle is like In'n'Out. Overrated.

Though a Baja Fresh just opened on Orchard Rd. I'm yet to go but I'm told it's true to form.

Surprisingly there are mexican joints in Singapore run by real actual Mexicans (yes, more than one!) And they're good!

Soggy was the wrong word. Soft is a better description. I think the flavours were good but the texture needed a bit of work. I'll try 'em again if I'm ever nearby.

Neither. Thailand - a year on Koh Tao. I've figured out a way to work 25 hours a week remotely - 25 hours work will pay for two months rent and the next week will pay for two months beer money - and still have enough time to do all the gnarly diving courses I want to do. I'll come home as an instructor and and videographer, qualified to breathe all kinds of weird gas blends, dive deep, in wrecks, and in caverns

Come visit, it's only a few hours by boat from Samui

My new office will be this dive resort: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...type=1&theater

First person here to get a matt finish painted car (rat look matt finish Beetle or Kombi excluded) gets my douche award.

    *puts on dark rimmed glasses*

i was into matte finished cars before they were cool. to me it just makes sense, just about all other machinery is not painted in glossy queer shiney colours, why do cars have to be different.

Actually the first one i ever saw as a younger gent was a 911 done in olive drab, i got a boner over it but i got boners all the time at that age, but just sayin.

  24. 06-04-2012 11:11 PM #9440
I used to get mad boners in church, back in the 80s. Trying to conceal it, I pressed it against the back of the front bleachers, but that only made it worse.

I saw the matte Clio's last week. Looks and feels like you couldn't wash them, let alone scrub off bugs and tar without paint damage.. How do you wash them??

You don't drive them in the rain, for a start.

There's a m3 in the basement that's showing the signs of it's matt 3m wrap coming off

Hehehe Sorry I didn't see you, I would have waved back A good friend of mine lives very nearby - and don't laugh, I'd just had my nails done (I know, it's girly, but can't help it ) and was heading off to Peak Performance. Will be in the area again on Thursday.

We should try and catch up for lunch sometime - I'm not a 'do lunch' kinda person usually, but for you, I will make an exception

PS - late reply, just got back from a weekend at Winton
