I have liked confederate bikes since the first time I saw them. But they cost US$100k or something ridiculous like that from memory...
ok, I thought our car was coming to the end of the lease last june/july, it's next year but bmw have sent us paperwork that we can start the ball rolling now. So after xmas maddness passes we will get onto it.
long story short, 3 current cars go, 2 new cars and I have the fully fledged green light for any bike I want as long as the old one goes and she never has to listen to me talk about them.
now I have no idea. I'd love another dual sport, but then I'd love a sports tourer. cbf with a full on sports bike. or any fully focused bike, cruiser, tourer etc, either a on-road allrounder or a on/off road allrounder.

its 1337 like JeffK talk
originated from some game where to type QQ would disconnect your client/log you out of the game
then, because it looks like 2 eyes with tears comming out of them it got stolen around the intertubes, World of Warcraft inparticular and meant to mean "go have a cry" or if used correctly, "go end yourself", or in the more comical "Less QQ, more pew pew!"" which means shut up and play.
did you read it all? His other ride reports have been a bit better. Last years one definetly.
still they are total nutters and take the the adventure to new levels.
^^ this one had me hooked.

yeah... epic. and you can just imagine being a laden enduro bike, standing up like the race dudes do,...and just hammering along with a fist full of throttle. look at that soft road surface, little rocks, and close, small coregations .... at a certain speed everything would get smoothed..... and yuo'd just hammer along. kinda cool to think about!!
ooh,.. the other thing I thought about... how emabarrassing if you manged to hit the only Yak on the high plateau! heehehhe!

hehehehe... this is a superb Aaron-ism!
going to the motorbike show today with my dad and my kids, meet my bro inlaw there with his boys and cousin with his kids. Cousin just bought some crazy chopper harley thing on thursday night, I have not seen it yet and not sure I want too I think he paid $45k for it too.
So I'll have pics of my kids climbing on expensive bikes and an idea of wht I'll get next, or at least lots of brochures.
I keep seeing a guy riding around Melbourne on one of those GS BMW's with the full ali pannier kit. He has the matching gortex/kevlar whatever BMW touring jacket although the last time I saw him he had shorts on instead of the matching pants Looks mad serious but a bit tosserish like driving a jacked up Patrol with mud tyres around the city.
WAY - That is a trials bike. My younger bro in law has one. Weighs next to nothing and he has started to do trial circuits. It doesn't have much power though as the idea is to be as light as possible to power/weight has to be perfect.
Got another oil leak on the Prilla the other weekend. So pissed off that i can't sell it like this. It's booked in with Aprilia but not until the first week of December so i'll be lucky to get it back before Christmas.
I'm contemplating buying the missus a ZX9R for Christmas (if she doesn't whinge about the looks LOL). Cheap and reliable. Not quite sure how i'll fit 3 bikes and a car in the garage but i'm willing to give it a shot!
