well i heard bad things about your customer service there and was weary about ordering... but i did. got a bunch of suspension components and was pleased when they all got there on time only to find out that i was sent the wrong ball joints when i went to put them on. tried to call a few times with no luck, so i just traded them to my buddy for like 5 mins of work. oh well. We're are very sorry to hear this (if it's indeed true), but this this reeks of foul play, as your name does not come up in our database, you registered on this forum just shortly before this post here, you have no post history here at all, you did not respond to our PMs on an Order Number and the fact that MK2s only take two different balls joints, the earlier cars being the more rare of the two and very scarce (and we've only set two sets EVER, either of which were to retail customers, but rather wholesale dealers), makes this even all the more unusual to us. I apologize if I sound out of line, but we'd like to place contact us to insure it's validity. If you got the wrong ball joints, then gosh darn if a simple phone call to our offices wouldn't have gotten it fixed same day (which of course, never happened because you didn't call us). Your "You screwed me" and "I heard bad things about you!" being the first things to come from you also throw a lot of skepticism.

ive ordered lifters, timing belt, valve cover gasket, pan gasket, rear proportioning valve(discontinued by VW, bet they have em in stock!), l and r tie rod assemblies, shifter bushings and shifter rebuild kit, and it all cost about $210 shipped 3 day ground. these guys are great. deff a repeat customer thanks for the great service guys!

As shown on our site in the photo, no, the Hella units do not include seal or insert. Hella doesn't include them, nor do we sell them separately (as your existing ones are used).
