Finished replacing the headgasket on a 12v VR6 with Scott, motor turned over just to realize the oil line on the super charger is bad. Filled my garage with oil!

smooth lip, staggered off set, full barrels painted, way deferent rims but it looks the same

    Modified by 1FastGLI at 4:29 AM 5-14-2009

I have to agree. Very minor difference in the looks. But it looks almost the same. The rim of choice is nice but I would have gone with a different color pattern. Something with more class.

smashed in another oil pan really good...

took a mallet to the last smashed in pan and beat it out to a decent shape. The new one will be a happy diesel green, pink was not impervious to those metal road construction plates. This is the second damn pan in 6 months.

Will MIG or TIG for $$$, , or trade.

Corrected issue with supercharger oil feed line. Started the car after a month and a headgasket replacement. Car had extremely high oil pressure and began leaking coolant from the back of the valve cover. Car is definitely not fixed. Towing it to cutrubus to have Ryan take a look and try to diagnose the problem. If the block is bad I am writing this car off.

Lowered the coils down a bit and spray painted the whole car with a little bit o' purple on the roof. Hella. Love owning a flat car. Change the paint whenever I want.

Ordered wheel bearings, spindles, brake pads, clutch cable, and shift bushings for the mk2 from GAP. It takes a week to get here from NY, so I guess next weekend will be a busy one!

Attempted to replace the water pump in the 4k. Snapped 3 of the 6 bolts holding the pump to the housing.

Then discovered the large cooling fan on the R was dead. Great.

Gotta fix one car before I tear up the other.

Arguing over the internet is like being the smartest kid with Down's Syndrome...I think my case is full blown.

What's up with the large cooling fans going on all of these MKIV's? I just had to replace mine as well.

Oh and I tinkered with a Digi1 harness, and drove the truck again.

Think there is room where the steering wheel is supposed to go for another gauge.

I enjoy driving my MK2 just for the fact that I lower property values where ever I go
