I drove my gti for more than five minutes in the past month.

Then I came home to some guys in a lowered white mk3 scoping out my mk3 then took off when they saw me parking in front of it. I'm suspecting they're the ones who broke the window and stole my flip up dvd player the other night..

Those the Vette one? you may have to take out the "over-spung" leaf in the pack to get them to ride comfortably, but they go hella low.

I'm not sure what they're from? I just ordered "Monroe MA803 air shocks". I think these are the ones for the Beetle. Same setup as "SKIDMRK" as seen in this thread.

Rien and I pulled the motor from the Rally Jetta and started looking at the new harness. Thats its for now, hopefully can get harness straightened out and plugged in next time.

Also cleaned up the garage.

They are just fine ... you just cant be a tight @ss when buying one .. dont think you will find a really nice one for less than 5G ... if yo buy a cheap one plan on spending 2 to 4 grand getting the car to the enjoyable stage ... now i want to know what is so bad about corrado's what breaks more on a corrado that doesent brake on any other MK 3 its owner neglect that brings the car down ... im speaking about the VR chassis not the G60 ... cuz the G60 is a waste of time and money ...

oh lol I added a set of BBS bottle caps to the GTI...

Last night I was up until 12 am fabing up a custom 2 tip exhaust for the R32 Bumper. Its gonna be sweet when it is done.....and inspired by the purpose built exhausts for the GT3's I saw this weekend. i will be running plain old stainless piping out the back holes, No fancy tips.

atttempted to fix some leaky vac lines...got that completed, and i started thinking about the whole painting/color match thing: blue vac lines(check)

, all new silicone couplers for the front mount(check)

, and some 750 degree temp treated blue wrinkle spray for the charge pipes in the bay(sittin in the garage, waiting for me to stop being lazy)

....but now i noticed the oil build up on the top of my turbo by the first charge pipe....one word and one word only....FUC*!!!!!!!!!

Took my MS box over to antonio so he could load it up for me. Since I dont have a lap top with a DB9 on it. Also got a few parts from the junkyard for the MKII.

Mine has been fun since day 1. But I did pay $4000, and it only had 100k on it. I replaced the water pump, and flushed the coolant.
