Alright.. more cleaning up little bits. Replaced exhaust manifold gaskets, 6 new studs, and 8 copper crush nuts. No more ticking sound. Found the proper battery hold down instead of a bunjee cord, removed the hot wired manual switch for the radiator fan, and wired it in correctly so it'll turn on and off via temp switch now, pulled the wiring for the fog lights (bumber with fogs will we changed out tomorrow). Already a little less cluttered!

upon further inspection I find that the alternator bracket is not secure.. bolts are missing, broken, incorrect, etc.. got the correct bolts. While I had the water pump out of the way, I cleaned out behind and under the radiator, routed some wires, degreased the front of the block, and cleaned up a couple other small things.. Thanks Jake for the correct water pump bolts! 










this could be where she starts letting me do whatever to the car!
