Alcohol is allowed at the show. There will be none for sale there.

And remember you CAN'T buy booze on Sundays in Indiana for all of you out-of-towners. So buy it on Saturday.

I assume you're the guy in charge? I was going to help sponsor the event this year, but i'm lucky just to be able to make it. Lots came up, i'll be looking to sponsor next year though.

Is it cool if i still pass out flyers? Don't wanna get frowned upon.

Feel free to hand out flyers...no worries. I would just check before you place them on the show cars as the owners may not want that.

And I can't take credit for the whole show. There are others who have busted ass and helped to make this show happen.

We (uberdubs) hope you enjoy the show and hope to have you as a sponsor next year.

No idea if it was the same guy that posted up above, but I frown on the person that put their flier on my car while I was showing. Handing them out to people is one thing, but putting them on soemones car while it's being judged is too far IMO.

I don't think it was the above poster, he's from that stinky town, the flyer I got was for a show in the cheese state I think. But ya I saw them under the wipers of some cars, mine was in the seat which I think is ok, but the wipers ehh.

Sorry to anyone i may have offended, i was passing them out after the show and set them in cars with the windows down so i didn't potentially damage someone's wiper or leave prints on the glass. I left a few on windshields that already had the Michigan show flyers and slid mine behind the Michigan show ones (which i believe is the flyers being discussed, not mine, just wanna clear the air).

Just trying to get a little website going, i want help with donations to sponsor events and make next years MWDF even better.

the flier wasn't the deciding factor if people liked your car or not during the show.

i realize it doesn't make you happy, but honestly, get over it; its a piece of paper.

^ pretty common thing at most shows I have attended or been in...never bothered me, however, I didn't get any in my car...does that mean mine didn't get your approval

That not the point. My car doesn't deserve any votes anyway. I just don't think it's cool for other people to put their junk on my things. Would you let a local business stick a sign in your front yard? Same concept.

The flier isn't a big deal, but nonetheless I didn't like it.

This is all I am going to say because I won't be involved in a pissing match.

Businesses stick tons of crap in my mailbox, doesn't bother me, if i don't like it, i either pass it on or throw it away. *shrug*

I appreciate flyers personally, i'd have never known about the Michigan show if it weren't for the flyer. Too bad i can't attend, Rabbit broke on the way home.
