FS/FT:'81 VW caddy 16v,Fl $1200.oo or trade for aircooled bug

1981 VW rabbit pick up/caddy, It has a 1.8 16v engine in it,16v tranny,16v scirooco brakes all around, round headlight convertion,cabriolet front bumper ,wheel arches and side skirts, some kind of 16" aftermarket wheels.
It has some rust around the windshield,rear window ,by the rain tray inside engine compartment , it looks like they try to cover some dents before and it has some bondo on the roof and on the side of the bed. it is spray painted flat black. (needs some TLC) and also it broke a timing belt a few weeks ago, i put a new timing belt on it but cylinder #3 has no compression (bent valves probably).this will make a nice summer project it starts,runs and drives but on 3 cylinders. I have a clean title for it.

It won't take much to get it running right, just find a good use head or take this one to the machine shop to get the valves replaced (valve job) and to take the head off a 16v it's an easy job.
