O good one man. Never seen one of these.

We had one over in the PNW and as long as the drama stays out of it, which I don't see much of around here, it should keep going.Courtesy Mario:

Ahhhhhhhhhhh, the W/M kit is missing the windshield washer tank adapter.I guess no W/M this weekend. Might have to go get more race fuel. LOL

That sux dude. Hopefully mine goes well tomorrow. Doing the Dyno, install TT dp, and more dyno. I'll post it tomorrow. I'll ask Chris if he can take video.

W/M and race gas, you would think that you guys were getting ready for the track... Oh wait, Oahu doesn't have one![]()

That's right, you were talking about that Friday. Might have to go out there and shoot the event.

PS
I'm not advertising racing, just saying that we all have that special instinct. In that note also, be safe out there.

Don't worry, this won't turn in to a PNW chat thread![]()

And maybe some video. This was a two day event at Roebling Road. Almost 4 tanks of gas and about 100 laps.

Nice meeting you last night bro and your rental
Did you guys able to race that white Subie?
#20
I raced him, but he was so far ahead he did not notice.![]()
That white STI is a beast. If there was a track in the island it would be hard for any street car to keep up. It does have a lot of money invested into that engine/transmission/suspension though. I think he mentioned the engine alone was $11k.
With that type of money you can build anything though. Just check out USP Motorsports' 605whp MkV GTI: http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=4138047.

Damn! $11K! That's like a down payment for a house! Did he say how much horses he got on that thing?
#22
You guys talking about that wrx with the straight cut gears?

Did you guys able to race that white Subie? It was good meeting you as well. Dave and I tried to go follow everyone, but we got caught up at a couple lights and everyone was gone.
That subie sounded pretty beastly though!

I heard the guy claiming high 10's to low 11's. Either way, those are impressive numbers.

Just got done doing the DSG oil change. Had to go all the way to Sears to find a 14mm hex key. A little messy but a rather easy process. Next change at 50k miles.![]()

135? Damn that is 10sec territory. That car must weigh next to nothing. I believe the guy said it was built to go straight for the most part.
