if the SBC gives you any more issues upsprung or not i would look into a twin disc, my car nails every gear every time even as high as my rev limit 8249rpm (going to rev 9500 when car is back together)..just a tap of the clutch and smash it right into gear

Today was a good day, everything got powder coated in time for H20 ! We just need to put in the new coolant res. tomorrow and she'll be looking nice and sexy for the show !

On another note, we are now an AUTHORIZED Aquamist Distributor. Had a nice conversation with Richard @ Aquamist UK this week and we will now be able to offer their full line of Alcohol Injection systems. The Aquamist system by far surpasses all of the Alcohol kits currently on the market !

Looks like we are going to have an A3 in the shop later this week for a full turbo kit installation, engine build, and transmission build !

Its going in this vehicle...

We are also building the engine, installing a set of upgraded Rods, installing a Peloquin with a South Bend Stage 4 Clutch System with a Solid Un-Sprung Clutch Disc.

Should be fun !

... JR has lots of pictures of the APR Stage 3 System and some sweet stuff from an S4 Over the weekend, but he is lazy about posting pictures !

This is a Full Turbo kit from BSH, they contract AFI to build the system for them. AFI is big into Honda / Evo Scene. Customer supplied the turbo setup / head studs / rods. We are supplying the other needed parts and installing everything.

Well Finally I got some of the pictures from JR !

Here are a few pictures of the '07 FSI GTI we just did a Full APR Stage 3 on with Fuel Pump and Intercooler !

The Heart of APR's Turbo System: Everyone Meet the Garrett GT2871 !

OEM FSI Turbo vs. APR Turbo System

The GTI's new FMIC ... No cutting involved, she just slips right in !

We did a custom cat delete section for the customer, he can now swap the cat in and out of the exhaust with ease via the v-banded section !

The Turbo Installed, fits rather nicely, don't you wish they came this way from the factory

We did a full ECU Upgrade on this B6 S4, and installed a Intake for the customer about a week ago, man that v8 really sounded much better with just the intake system on it !

In our quest to run better times at the track with our GTi we decided that we were going to replace the flimsy rubber control arm mounts with these solid much more beefy rebuildable bearings! The car really hooks up with these. We are going to offer an Installation Special on them once we give them our seal of approval ! They really tighten the front end of the vehicle up, give you a bit more road feel. I think JR wants to replace all the OEM Stock Suspension Bushings all around the vehicle soon.

Here are a few pics from over the weekend when we were tearing apart the A3 we have in the shop to build the engine / trans / install the new turbo system...

JR has the rest of the pictures of the engine build I'll get them from him later today !

We had this '97 993 S in the shop the other day, had to perform some diagnostic work on it, and unfortunately for the owner things aren't looking good!
