PM'd you back my friend ! Those stiffer engine mounts we installed for you will cause a bit more vibration, but much less drivetrain movement !

So much to do and so little time.

We will be closing the shop at 5pm Wednesday and will be closed Thursday - Saturday due to the Holiday Weekend ! If you need to reach us I will still be available via e-mail !

On another note, have more pics to post up this afternoon. Show you guys a freshly rebuilt 1.8T AWP Head that we finished over the weekend, and the NSX will be back in the shop this afternoon

Finally, after almost a year of searching I FINALLY found a used 3.0L B6 Audi Crank for the race car's new engine ! ( Coincidentally I find two of them the same week after all this time ! )

Who likes 3.0L V6 engines with twin turbos !? Hopefully Next week I'll have some time to pull the heads apart for Port & Polish and upgraded valve train

My GLI is stuck in Redline for a day or more unless there is some kind of miracle VW or Audi carry my part.
Pat you did a great job on the exhaust. I'll let you tell every what a pain in the a$$ it was to install the exhaust..
By the way Pat make sure you pick one of those pipe expander for future exhuast projects.
JR thanks for letting me use your car, you are right about needing to beat the hell out of shifter.

You're using a modis on that 140? You guys don't have a STAR system?

We've got one at our shop now, whole subframe is on jackstands, only way to replace the oil pan/gasket

No STAR in the shop at the moment, were in the process of acquiring another diagnostic system though, along the lines of a MODIS, but its built around the European platforms.

its easier to remove the subframe with a 104 motor

we made a special tool to hold up the motor since the one from Mercedes is over 500 dollars

Pat wats the sale price for the 09 Jetta TDI Wagon rear sway bar? Are those lube fittings really functional? Will it stop the squeaking from the bushings? PM me the price for part and labor please.

Well finally we have some new pictures to post up ! The past two weeks have been super busy with maintenance repairs!

      A8 4.2L we did a Timing Belt on . . .

A New Passat we did a 10k Service on, had this nice OEM Body Kit on it, never seen one on the road before !

Finally had some snow up at the shop !

Had to repair the EGR System on this Benz as well as replace the entire engine harness

Another Happy Powder Coating Customer !

Another Happy APR Stage 2+ Customer, we also installed a HPFP + Carbonio Intake !

Anyone need a brand new SBC 6 Puck Custom Un-Sprung Hub Clutch ?

Now on to something a bit more exciting, we currently have a GLI in the shop receiving a Full APR S3 ED 30 Turbo Kit along with a Wave Track Differential

Valves don't look too bad, we have seen ALOT worse....

      Stock K03 vs S3 Turbo

The Wave Track Install, we have never installed one of these LSD's from AutoTech so we are excited to see how it performs

Should have the Car running tomorrow, have to finish up everything tonight, and weld up the new cat back tomorrow! On another note I think we should yet another APR Stage 3 today !

Forgot to add the "Wave Tech" Differential from AutoTech does require a bit of grinding of the case to get it to spin freely !

Just a heads up to anyone out there interested.
