In regards to the post above...sure USPS is cheaper...it'll also take an extra two days or so to get to you...there tracking is horrible so it'll get there when it gets there.

Im a driver for UPS and ship here and there, sure we're pricey but you can follow your package every day and when we deliver it we wont leave it out in the open...not here to bash the post office but you pay for what you get.

Strike? Our contract isn't up for another year i believe and i dont see a strike as for the most part the company has been doing well and gettin every bit of work out of us.

Lastly

to BFI for using UPS i order from you guys often because of this, im impatient and like my stuff on-time or atleast like to know where its at. I'll be ordering a set of mounts today!

Totally agree with you, I love UPS too. Its awesome to track and they are super reliable. I'm just asking for a cheaper option - when I pay almost 30% to ship two very small items, its concerning and maks my pocketbook say ouch.

Mike,

We've considered using other shipping methods, but like noskeh mentioned, UPS is the most reliable method for us to ship and it also integrates with our online store the best.

Is there any way at all I could deal directly with you as you have great communications with your customer base...
I need to order a complete cooling refurbish kit with the alloy crack pipe at the same time..
It would really be appreciated if you could help me out.

Hmm. Ok. They're usually pretty good about getting those orders out.
If you send us an e-mail to sales@blackforestindustries.com we can try to work out selling to you directly.
Keep in mind though, you will have to pay brokerage fees on those products. Whereas, buying from CTS would be brokerage free.

for Miller High Life ;p Will any of there mounts be on sale anytime soon? Seems to me that stage 1 is the best of both worlds. I dont want too much vibes like the VF mounts I have in my MK4 but I do want some stiffness.

Stage 1 works well on Mk3 VRs.

Keep in mind, there will be additional vibrations felt in the cabin with any of our mounts.

Have stage 1 rear and tranny mount, stage 2 delrin in front and delrin crossmembers. Bump for BFI
